The Portrait

Finally, I got the portrait finished. Do you know how hard it is to get those two to sit still? Had to hurry, Thunderhoof and I become enemies in two weeks. He keeps laughing but I'm serious! Wait till I get that stupid deer on my wall! He thinks he's so smart saying that he is a Megaloceros. I know a deer when I see one, even if he is as big as a barn.

    well all right. That moose rack will look good in the lodge but it is so big the you make have to build a room just to display it.

    And next spring I am gonna get that record crappie out of that Christmas place lake and it will look good on the other wall of that new room..

    Man, I have a persistant fantacy about being able to wander this country about 40,000 years ago, and seeing all the extinct critters. They were so much cooler than the ones we have left now. Love that picture.

    Looks like the only way you are going to put thunderhoof on your wall is with that portait but at least it will give you something to shoot for everytime you go hunting. Good luck this year hunting.
