Holiday Camp Scenes
Sarah got her first deer and all the tradition that goes with it.
Great pictures. I'm going to show that one of Sarah to my kids, so they can see what they have to look forward to. On second thought, maybe it should be a surprise!
Congrats to Sarah on her first deer! I'm all for traditions and she looks really good and happy, but I have heard of women refusing to hunt with their families because they don't want blood smeared on them. Hmm, I don't think I'll refer those women to that photo!

ReplyDeleteI was wondering about the initiation of blood - I love it! A great picture of Sarah! Also, love the pic of the two idiots! :)
ReplyDeleteMajor congrats to Sarah!
ReplyDeleteBut good lord, Rex... I remember getting "blooded" for my first deer too, but did ya'll dunk her whole head in the carcass or what? Poor girl.
Hate to see what happens when someone misses. In our camp, it was just a shirt tail...
Sure does look like ya'll had some fun, though.
I like the tradition. Great idea and great pictures.
ReplyDeleteIs it just me or is Trent's deer a lot bigger than paul's?
ReplyDeleteThat's cool. Love it.
ReplyDeleteAh yes it's deer season again.
ReplyDeleteAlthough the one seems to be missing their horns and seems a little fat.
Sarah is too cute! Even with the initiation all over her.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Sarah for her first deer! I remember when my daughter got her's and I think I was more excited than she was. Way to go!
ReplyDeleteWay to go, Sarah!!! Those bucks look real nice too!
