P.S. I live in Collierville, TN, which isn't too far from you IIRC.
There's got to be a story behind it. Probably a good one!
Bobby, the house is in Vaiden and my partner and I are probably going to go look at it this weekend. (I am sure there is a story there.)
Be careful in Collierville, the Mailrider lives there.
I've gone through Vaiden many times taking the slow way (aka Hwy 51) back to my parents' place in Brookhaven. It always struck me as a peaceful place. Best of luck with the house.
I'll keep an eye out for Mailrider ;-)

Collierville must be a popular place, I got a cousin that lives there.
Collierville is nice. It's hard to beat it if your job is located in the Memphis Metro area. Before Collierville, I lived in Hernando, and it was nice also.
