Barren Woods, MS> This weekend was the very last gasp to get a deer at the famous Christmas Place. Unfortunately no one got a deer as Paul and Michael had already killed all of them. It was rainy and wet and of course I am now sick as a dog, but all in all it was a fun and relaxing weekend. What do you do after the season to keep a blog about hunting going? Tell me your ideas. We will see...
Have enjoyed sharing our season with everyone and will post our harvest sheet soon.
See you later!

Sorry to hear your weekend didn't go so great and that you are sick.
I just asked that question about what to blog about. The day after that, I posted about boobs.
Hope you start to feeling better.
posting about boobs would probably make me feel better.
Sorry to hear you are sick Rex. Get some much needed rest and take care my friend. You do have golf to look forward to! :)
Rex,
I kinda like the Hunter's Wife idea, actually I REALLY LIKE IT! Anyway their is squirel and rabbit hunting still open followed by turkey season then the Crappie should be spawning after that.
Hope you feel better Rex. Here in Texas after deer season closes is a good time to go hog hunting. Then turkey season and fishing.
JDP
just a thought rex but you tell a mighty fine tale... one option
Hope all is well with you and yours!
thanks Denny, maybe a story on the haunted boobs, or the boobs that stopped deer season. Maybe I am delirious.
lol - I thought about mentioning the boobs but then decided to leave it alone
I agree with Davin, squirrel, rabbit quail, bull frog( well maybe just a little too cold yet), weasel, skunk, oppossum, and the upcoming seasons for 2008 to talk about or we could hunt Big Foot somemore. Take a trip to California and hunt Condores, the varieties are endless so regardless just keep writing about something and we'll keep reading your writing.
You can never go wrong with a story about boobs.
What off season? Turkey is coming up, small game is on right now, then steelhead fishing, then bass fishing, then salmon fishing and then deer season. No off season here:)
I'm in for the quail hunt. I seem to be alot better with a scatter gun than a rifle.
