Many people wonder about the stories I tell on this site. Many are made up but a lot of them have the truth mixed in with them. The other question is, how did you come up with this story or that tale? Growing up I read a lot of books. Tom and Huck, Hardy Boys, White Fang, Treasure Island, and about any adventure story I could get my hands on. One day I ran across a reference to a story by Edgar Allen Poe that stated he was the greatest and maybe the first original writer of the Buried Treasure Story.I finally found the elusive story and it is one of the best. I believe I read this story quite some time ago. I read quite a lot of Poe for a while.
Don't quite remember the details of the story though. Guess I'll have to go read it again.
