My bro in law and I got a 80 pounder in a live trap a couple of days while I was out there last mnth..they are some onery critters and I do believe that they would bite you..badly. We transfered it to a smaller cage we could handle and the blame thing was trying to get at my hands while we were loading it on the pickup. Took it out and shot it and left it for the bizzards..it was a boar and they are too wild and strong tasting to eat..but he will not be grubbing up pasture anymore
